2021 Elites Cup

August 3-4, 2021
TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas

It was a final round to remember at the 4th Annual Elites Cup Invitational as both the Girls and Boys divisions of the championship came down to the wire - and extra holes in one case - with senior-to-be Mia Gaboriau and Austin rising start Sterling Hurd etching their names into tournament history as the 2021 Elites Cup Invitational Champions.

In the Girls Division, Gaboriau positioned herself well after round 1, finding herself in the final group with tournament leader Kate Tilma after an opening round 1-over-par 71. Starting the
back 9, Gaboriau was still two shots off Tilma’s lead with 9 holes to play, and fell even further back when Tilma birdied the par 4 11th hole. After that, Gaboriau begin to apply some pressure, carding birdies at 12 and 14, while Tilma made a double bogey of her own in that stretch. By the time they got to the 18th hole, a bogey 5 on the par 4 finishing hole was all Gaboriau needed to claim the title, and two easy putts later she was the champion, winning by 1 shot over Tilma, and two shots clear of Cedar Park’s Jiyu Han, who finished in 3rd place...

2020 Elites Cup

July 22-23, 2020

TPC Four Season Las Colinas

Irving, Texas

To start their final rounds, eventful 2020 Elites Cup Invitational champions Prayaag Oruganti and Ellie Roth may have felt like an afterthought amidst the storylines from Round 1. Both fired fairly bland 5-over 76's on Day 1 at TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas, which put Roth 4 shots back and in a tie for sixth, and Oruganti 6 shots back in a tie for 12th. Things changed quickly, however, once the second round began.

Roth, and University of Kansas signee, made a quick move early, eagling the par-5 3rd hole, inching her closer to Avery Zweig, the first-round leader. But Zweig was steady early, making an eagle of her own on No. 3 and a string of pars on the front nine. It was on the back side where Roth turned it on while others stumbled.....

2019 Elites Cup

July 31-Aug 1, 2019

TPC Craig Ranch

Jace Summy and Jacee Fields Capture Titles at 2nd Elites Cup Invitational. It took a last-chance victory to qualify her for the field, and a 37th hole to clinch the title, but as soon as the sun sank into the sky at TPC Craig Ranch, Northwest High School Junior Jacee Fields finally completed her summer capturing the 2020 Elites Cup Invitational.

Fields earned the final spot in the girls division just a week prior by winning a tournament at Cowboys Golf Club, and that took the momentum into the 2nd annual Elites Cup. A solid 2-over 74 on the 6.100 yard layout at Craig Ranch kept her in the hunt, but she still stood seven shots back off first-round leader, Savannah Barber, who opened the tournament with a 3-under-par 69.....

2018 Elites Cup

August 9-10, 2018
Stonebriar Country Club

It was fitting that, in the 1st annual playing of the Elites Cup Invitation, the best players in the south couldn't produce a champion in just 36 holes, as both the Boys and Girls divisions
champions came down to sudden death playoffs late in the afternoon on the Fazio Course at Stonebriar Country Club.

In the boys division, two upcoming seniors - Trophy Club's David Harrison and Pottsboro's Austyn Reily - battled it out in a playoff after finishing atop the leaderboard at even par. Both boys hit the fairway on the downhill par-4 1st hole, and when Harrison, who is committed to play at UT San Antonio, hit his approach shot to about 12 feet, Reily faced a pressure-packed moment to answer. And answer he did, knocking his wedge to inside 6 feet. When Harrison's bid for birdie burned the edge, Reily calmly stepped up and rolled his birdie putt in, clinching the victory, his first major win....
